Free users get access to a wide range of courses and games. Upgrade to Premium for
unlimited access, certificates, and priority support.
All content available on Dark Code — including but not limited to course materials,
code examples, illustrations, animations, game logic, quizzes, branding, and
design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dark Code
or its licensed contributors.
Our Rights
- All trademarks, logos, and brand elements belong to Dark Code.
- Course content is protected by copyright law and international treaties.
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Your Content
If you submit any content to the platform (e.g., forum posts, feedback, or user-generated
code), you grant Dark Code a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and
distribute that content for platform improvement purposes. You retain ownership of
content you create.
Dark Code offers a Premium subscription tier that unlocks advanced features, certificates,
and exclusive content. By subscribing to Premium, you agree to the following payment terms.
Billing & Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All prices are stated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise noted.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Refund Policy
We offer a
7-day refund window for new Premium subscribers who are
unsatisfied with their purchase. Contact us at

within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods, annual plans after the
7-day window, or accounts found in violation of these Terms.
To maintain a safe, fair, and productive learning environment, the following actions
are strictly prohibited on Dark Code:
- Reproducing, selling, or redistributing any platform content without written permission.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt platform systems or services.
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract course data.
- Sharing your account or Premium access with other individuals.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content of any kind.
- Engaging in harassment, abuse, or hate speech toward other users or staff.
- Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting your identity.
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent
ban without refund, at Dark Code's sole discretion.
Your privacy matters deeply to us. Dark Code collects and processes personal data
in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
which forms an integral part of these Terms.
What We Collect
- Account information (name, email, password hash).
- Learning progress, quiz scores, and game history.
- Device and usage data to improve platform performance.
- Payment information (processed securely — we do not store card details).
We never sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely
to improve your learning experience on Dark Code.
Dark Code provides its platform "as is" and "as available"
without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee
uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dark Code and its team members shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising
out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of
revenue, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall
not exceed the amount you paid to Dark Code in the three months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to external websites. Dark Code is not responsible for
the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Visiting external
links is at your own risk.
Either party may terminate your access to Dark Code at any time. You may delete your
account from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently
terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access to courses and content will be revoked.
- Earned certificates issued prior to termination remain valid.
- Any outstanding balances or refunds will be processed per our refund policy.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Dark Code reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant
changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least
14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of Dark Code after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes
your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically
to stay informed about our terms and policies.

Terms of Service or Privacy Policy are updated.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of
Dark Code shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Dhaka, Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision
shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms
shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Dark Code is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh. These Terms are
written in English and the English version shall prevail in any dispute.
